Anybody know what this thing is called?

Ok there is this thing where its like a rope type thing and it is tied to trees and stuff and there is a handle attached and you go downhill. It is kinda like a ski lift but there is no chairs it is a handle. Anyone know what this is called? Any help appreciated!
