Need help on Oracle Certified Associate 9i Certification Exam?

can i give the oca 9i exam from a prometric testing center and are there dumps available fot this exam. Also do questions really come from the dumps because i don't want to study really hard and my concepts are also not that good. So, please suggest me how could i clear the exam.
