Can u put anti-itch cream on ur feet?

i have athletes foot and i wanted to know if i could put some anti-itch cream on it to make it stop itching bcuz im trying to get rid of it, im going to get some athletes foot cream fot it but till then iwas gonna put some anti-itch cream but is that ok? thanks, xoxo.
