Taking my cannabis plant from indoor to outdoor?

ok soo i took my 2 foot clones that were indoor and i put them outdoor becasue i could no longer have them indoor the clones were reallly nice and are just starting to really starting to flower....now there slowely turning yellow at the leaves and just dont lookk aaas healthy... what do i do i really dont want them to dieee :(
