I have cout for missing school..need and excuse?

ok so basically i have missed days of school some because i was sick others cause i was lazy and told my parents i didnt had to go I know this is bad and shouldnt do it but at the time I did which i regret i turned in some notes except fot 2 and is my third time going for missing school .I have no idea what to say. last time I went in there she wrote me for skipping which I have never done in my life !! and thatz legit I would really appreciate if you guys could help to what to say to the court lady which i already know she is evil !!! I'm in the tenth grade and failng two classes cause of por absesnces
