Constant major fighting with boyfriend gotten to the point where I've cried PLEASE HELP?

Last night we fought about my cutting but I don't any more. Once made me cry and always leaves me with a "I need to go to bed." and when we fought about my cousin who abuses me he said "You know what why don't u just put on a stripping show while ur at it?" and left I really love him so much and he loves me too and I don't know what to do. Please help me.
