Pisces question re Aries?

I've heard that Pisces/Aries is probably one of the most toxic combinations. One comment was that an Aries guy will ride into your life like a knight in shining armor to the rescue but it's downhill after that . I find some Aries to be too self assured almost to the point of arrogance. Would welcome comments. Thanks so much
