Is the government in ireland and uk able to separate a child from the father who has leave to remain because?

-of the mother who doesnt. i was in the uk and apllied for assylum when detained apllied fot voluntary return home, this created separation between my daughter and her father, now am in ireland seeking assylum after 3 years. and they say i will be sent to the uk. but i have a bann of 7 years from the uk, will my daughter be accepted to leave with the father since she is being confused by my current situation.
