34 weeks and depressed?

It sounds like you could be depressed. But theres a lot you can do to help yourself. You need to exercise, gentle walking is good and swimming is great for pregnancy, you'll find it will help relieve your aches and pains. Find out from your health care provider about any antenatal or parenting classes in your area, they will be a good place to meet freinds. Do things with your husband, why not go with him when he visits his friends, they could become your friends. Good Luck.
