So..my period was april17 then i had something on may27 .?

i jus got bleeding a whole month away from my last period. Apeil17 was my regular period&&may 27th was wen the bleeding came...it was diffrent&&wen it started, it was light..tgen it turned brown..then light..then to the point wher i didnt havto where a pad at all. Why it came soo late..then i fot drunk n while gettin drunk, my stomach hurted sooo bad..like im pregnant&&stuff..i dnt kno cus tests said no..but could i be??help..
