Am i suffering from depression?

Im constantly sad and gloomy. I have been like this fot about 2years. Im 13. I am sometimes suicidal and i cut. I sit by myself in my room light off door locked all day. I dont talk to anybody in my household. I am NOT emo. I just want to know whats wrong with me. Thankss. No mean answers!
